Polisync offers three plans: Free, Growth (₹999/month), and Professional (₹2,499/month). Annual billing gives you a discount of roughly 17%. You can start with the Free plan and upgrade anytime as your business grows. No hidden charges or setup fees.

The Free plan is available forever with no time limit. It supports up to 100 customers and 1 agency, which is enough for most new agents to get started. If you want to try Growth or Professional features, contact us and we will set up a 14-day trial for you.

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. You can export all your data as Excel files before or after cancellation.

Yes. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption and store data on secure cloud servers with daily backups. Your client information is never shared with third parties, and only your authorized team members can access it.

Polisync is built with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act in mind. The platform includes consent tracking, data access request workflows, audit trails, and encrypted storage. This helps you meet your obligations as a data fiduciary under the DPDP Act.

Absolutely. Polisync has a built-in import tool that accepts Excel and CSV files. You can map your columns to Polisync fields during import, and the system flags any data issues so you can fix them before saving. Most agents complete their migration in under an hour.

You can invite team members by email and assign them roles like admin, agent, or viewer. Each role has different permissions for viewing and editing data. You can also assign specific clients or agencies to individual team members so everyone knows their responsibility.

Polisync automatically sends email and SMS reminders to your clients at 30, 15, and 7 days before their premium due date. You can customize the reminder templates with your agency name and contact details. The dashboard also shows you a daily list of upcoming, due, and overdue renewals.

All plans include email support with a response time of 24 hours on business days. Growth plan users also get access to our WhatsApp support group. Professional plan users get priority support with a dedicated account manager and a 4-hour response time guarantee.
