Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Polisync ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual agents, agencies, and team members.

2. Description of Service

Polisync is a cloud-based insurance agency management platform that enables users to manage customer records, insurance policies, renewal reminders, team collaboration, and related business operations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to store or process data without proper consent from data principals
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Polisync. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during subscription. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Non-payment may result in downgrade to the Free plan or account suspension.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within the first 14 days of a paid subscription. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for partial periods.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polisync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
